Purbeck Coast Tractor Run 2022
The Event
Following the success of our 2019 charity tractor run where we raised over £17,000 for the Dorset Cancer Centre - as it was such an amazing and popular event we have decided to run it again!!
In aid of the Dorset Cancer Centre at Poole Hospital.
The Dorset Cancer Centre is based at Poole Hospital and is the major specialist cancer treatment centre for adults in the county. The centre provides a wide range of treatments including radiotherapy and chemotherapy for both common and rare cancers.
University Hospitals Dorset NHS Charity supports all wards and departments at Poole, Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals. They aim to improve facilities, equipment and patient experience which are over and above NHS provision.

Friday Afternoon
Friday afternoon tractors, of all ages and sizes, will start to arrive at Throop Hollow Farm ready for the following day. Campers will be arriving to set up too. The food wagon will be open and the bar and we have live entertainment on stage from 7pm.

Charity Tractor Run
The tractor run will leave Throop Hollow Farm at 9am and go on an exciting run over roads and private land on the beautiful Isle of Purbeck.
You will take in sights from a different angle, including Corfe Castle, Sandbanks and Poole Quay. There will be a comfort stop halfway round the route where food and drink will also be available.
Our convoy of tractors will include a service vehicle and diesel bowser.

You can hook up your tractor to the dyno to test the force, torque and horsepower of its engine.
Straw Mountain
Somewhere for the children to let off some steam and play on the straw mountain.
Saturday Night Live Entertainment
We are very excited to have the Radio Kings entertain us!
Radio Kings are a fresh and exciting band from South Wales with a huge sound and will be bringing the biggest songs of the last 50 years to our event.
An amazing four piece band that deliver a full sound and will fill the dancefloor with their sparkling versions of both classic rock and pop contemporary hits which cater for all musical tastes.
With a repertoire that has something for everyone with music from Elvis and Stevie Wonder to Robin Thicke, Kings Of Leon and Pharrell, Radio Kings are the perfect band to keep the dance floor full all night long!
